A psychiatrist testifies in a murder trial and only has 88 minutes before his potential murder. Al Pacino, Alicia Witt, Leelee Sobieski, Amy Brenneman, William Forsythe, Neal McDonough, Benjamin McKenzie, a thriller.
How convenient for the killer to give Mr. Pacino 88 minutes to live, the perfect time for a full length feature film. If I had 88 minutes to live, I’d probably not walk around the streets of New York aimlessly. It would probably be smarter to hide. I’d also cancel my classes and alert the authorities of my situation. But that doesn’t make sense. Who would do that? Granted, the premise is cool since I’d imagine the whole movie running in real time akin to ‘24,’ but this is just a pathetic attempt for Al Pacino to flail his arms around a lot and save women from arrant car bombs.
